Custom Novatec Sundeck Aft Cabin. This is one of the cleanest and nicest on the market. The owner has kept this one up. The boat has been hauled out every year, cleaned and painted. This boat cruises at 10 knots and top speed is 17 knots. It has 2 Cummins 6BTA 5.9 M2 with 1460 hours. The staterooms and woodwork on the Yacht are awesome. Plenty of room and a great electronic package.

Vessel Walkthrough: Boarding may be done form either port or starboard side up through Wing doors up to the Airy Sundeck with large wicker rattan sofa, small sette and coffee table. Facing forward is a wet bar, icemaker and washer/dryer combo, flat screen TV and Aft Sundeck A/C, and storage. Sundeck is weather protected with full glass. Up 4 steps to flybridge with fiberglass hardtop and full temp glass enclosure on all sides. Captain's Helm Chair and with full length bench seats starboard and aft, additional seating to port. Step down from the Sundeck 3 steps into the spacious salon with a full size sleeper sofa to starboard and high/low coffee table. Salon to port provides additional seating along with lounge chair, night table and bar. Lower helm is to starboard with full engine instruments and navigational systems. Across to port from lower helm is the entertainment Center with VCR, DVD, and flat screen TV. Galley down is located just forward of the lower Helm Station with full size refrigerator. Microwave, oven, dual SS Sink, and 3 Burner Princess Stove, 10" Color TV RCA, propane monitor and controls.
